Master the Art of Farriery

Founded in 2011, we may be new to Arizona, but the Vander Pluym family has been involved in farrier science and horseshoeing for decades. As Arizona natives and lifelong 3rd and 4th generation farriers and horsemen, we are proudly located just outside of Phoenix. Our farrier school is equipped to serve 12 students per class, providing top-notch training in horseshoeing.

We provide what other Farrier Schools do not! Our in-depth training covers every aspect of the Farrier craft, with techniques taught and demonstrated by nationally recognized professional Farriers. Additionally, we guarantee all the horses you can get under for practice, which is crucial since most Horseshoeing Schools lack the opportunity for hands-on experience.

At our Farrier School, we don’t just provide education in farrier science; we offer paid apprenticeships and long-term mentoring in horseshoeing that continue long after you graduate!
